Sarah Morgenstern is the Executive Director of Girls E-mentorship (GEM). Her extensive career in management consulting includes serving as Country Head for Cubane Consulting Canada and over 13 years with Kearney, where she was a Principal in the Enterprise Transformation practice, leading large-scale transformation initiatives for clients in Canada and the United States in the telecommunications, retail and financial services sectors, with a focus on shared services, outsourcing and performance management. She was also the Co-Founder and CEO of SavvyMom Media, a digital publishing company, which she launched and exited upon its acquisition, and currently serves as Strategic Advisor and Advisory Board member to several high-growth businesses.
In addition to her role on the Ivey Advisory Board, where she chairs the Ivey Annual Fund and Ivey Women Investing in Leadership (IWIL), Sarah also serves on the boards of the Bishop Strachan School, where she co-chairs the Development Committee, Neuchatel Junior College and the CPA Ontario Foundation. She has an MBA from the Ivey Business School and a BA (Honours) in Economics and Political Economy from the University of Toronto.
