Ann Frost

Ann Frost joined Ivey in 1995 after finishing her doctoral studies in industrial relations at the Sloan School of Management, MIT. She has taught MBA, EMBA and undergraduate courses in organizational behaviour and negotiations. Her second year course, Interpersonal Negotiations, is consistently the most over-subscribed elective in Ivey’s HBA program. The focus of Ann’s research is on workplace restructuring and the implementation of high performance work systems as well as knowledge management in services.

At The Ivey Academy, Ann specializes in organizational issues – engagement, change, leadership effectiveness and high performance teams. Her clients include McCain, Maple Leaf Foods, Aviva, J.D. Irving, Manulife, BDC, the Privy Council Office, the Ministry of Community and Social Services, the Ministry of Children and Youth Services, and the Canadian University Boards Association. Ann is currently Program Co-Director of CommunityShift™, a leadership development program designed exclusively for C-level leaders of Canadian charities and not-for-profit organizations, founded by KPMG Enterprise and The Ivey Academy.
