Susan Uchida

LIFT alum & Ivey Certified Coach

Susan Uchida is an Executive Coach with a rich background in leadership development, partnering with leaders to enhance their skills and capabilities. Before retiring in 2022, Susan held several high-impact roles at RBC, including Managing Director and Head of HR for RBC Capital Markets, and Vice President and Regional Head of US HR for RBC Bank in Raleigh, North Carolina. She was instrumental in advising C-suite executives on talent strategies, leading initiatives in talent management, business agile transformations, and the human aspects of mergers and acquisitions, significantly enhancing organizational culture and employee engagement.

As a certified Ivey Executive coach with credentials from Columbia University’s Executive Coaching Program, Susan brings a robust blend of practical experience and theoretical knowledge to her coaching practice. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation. Holding an MBA from Dalhousie University, Susan has contributed to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Business and served as a board member and Chair of the HR Committee for The Learning Partnership, a not-for-profit focused on public education.

Jill Roussy

Jill Roussy is an Executive Coach and Facilitator partnering with individuals and teams to uncover insights and drive growth in the areas of Leadership, Executive Presence, Communication and Team Effectiveness.

From 2003 Jill led a consulting firm focused on delivering breakthrough consumer insights and marketing strategies for large corporate clients. Over time she shifted her focus from brand and business consulting to coaching leaders, based on her realization that as go the leaders and their teams, so goes the business. Prior to becoming a coach Jill held progressively senior marketing roles in Canada and Europe with American Express, Whirlpool Europe, Bell Canada and Mackenzie Investments.

Jill is passionate about helping individuals and teams uncover insights to drive positive results. A strong critical thinker, skilled communicator with a warm sense of humour, she ensures clients develop straightforward, powerful solutions that work. In addition to her coaching certifications with CTI and ICF, she holds an MBA from Ivey School of Business and is an Ivey-Certified Executive Coach coaching leaders from around the world in various Ivey Leadership programs.

Rob Webb

Rob Webb is an accomplished global technology executive, digital transformation guide, growth advisor, management consultant and executive coach with proven expertise driving strategic change through technology innovation and building collaborative partnerships. He is the founder of TBM Advisors, an independent consulting and coaching firm.

Rob is passionate about helping individuals, groups and organizations maximize their growth potential by enhancing strategic clarity, leveraging technology for growth, and development high performance teams through coaching and communication. 

With experience in multiple industries including financial services, hospitality, and aviation Rob has a diverse coaching skill set. He has proven leadership in all areas of information technology, including: Strategy, Governance, Architecture, Enterprise Systems, Cloud Migration, Systems Consolidation, Shared Services, Infrastructure Outsourcing, Offshore Development, Software Development, Business Analytics, Data Integration, Sales Force Enablement, and Cyber Security.

Rob most recently was the CIO and Statutory Executive Officer for MetLife Japan. Previously, Rob held the position of Global CIO for Etihad Aviation Group, Global CIO for Hilton Worldwide, Global CIO at Equifax, and has held divisional CIO positions at General Electric in Power Systems, Global Consumer Finance, and Commercial Finance.  He began his career as a management consultant with Accenture.

Following an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario, Rob received his MBA from the ESCP European School of Management in Paris, France. He has also completed executive education at MIT Sloan School of Management, Harvard Business School and the Global CEO Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona. 

Rob has been a member of the IBM, Accenture, AT&T and Sabre CIO Advisory Boards and has been a CIO Advisor to venture capital firms, including: Greylock Partners, Mayfield Fund, Sierra Ventures, and their portfolio companies.

Rob completed the Executive Master Degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change at INSEAD in Singapore where his research program focused on “Key Success Factors for Digital Transformation from the People, Culture and Human Dynamics Perspective." Rob recently received the LIFT Advanced Coaching Certification at Ivey Business School and is an Ivey Academy Coach.

Rob has lived and worked in United States, Europe, Middle East, China, Japan, and Canada.
