Kwafo Ofori-Boateng is a Vice President & Senior Partner within IBM’s Global Banking team. In this role, he focuses on strategic client transformations and is embedded in the shaping and execution of key business and technology transformation outcomes.

Mr. Ofori-Boateng is also a part of the team that oversees the development and delivery of IBM’s points of view, strategy and execution of Digital Banking Transformations globally.

He advises senior banking executives on the alignment of global trends and client needs with the technology and operations capabilities that will accelerate commercial propositions for enterprise-wide transformations, cost takeout and margin improvement as well as Customer Experience transformation and Business Model Innovation.

Mr. Ofori-Boateng is a recognized global thought leader in the banking and financial markets space and has over 25 years of hands-on business transformation experience in Banking and in Asset Management, as well as strategic consulting experience across the Banking and Financial Markets domain.

Mr. Ofori-Boateng holds an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business (University of Pittsburgh) with a concentration in Technology Strategy and is a member of IBM’s Banking Industry Academy

Mohamed Satti
Mohamed Satti

Associate Professor, Management Communications, Ivey Business School

Mohamed Satti is an associate professor in management communications at Ivey Business School. His teaching focuses on improving communications skills in the workplace. Satti brings over 15 years of teaching experience to Ivey, and previously taught communication and media studies at the American University of Kuwait and at Wittenberg University. He has also worked in sales, marketing and customer service and is passionate about sharing his experiences with students.

Satti is a reviewer for the International Communication Research Journal and has also been invited to review manuscripts for Global Media and CommunicationSouthern Communication Journal and for various edited books. Satti has been consulted as an expert in the field and has been interviewed by Al Jazeera online and The Washington Post.
