The Ivey Academy to offer corporate retreat packages

LONDON - (September 18, 2018) – The Ivey Academy is pleased to introduce a corporate retreat experience which lets teams get away from the office and explore strategic issues – while benefitting from a tailored and full-service experience, including planned meals and guest speakers. 

Corporate retreats are a powerful tool for every organization but can be difficult to plan and execute. Both content and logistics need to be extensively planned to get the most from your time and investment. That’s where we come in. 

The core of the experience is a mix of facilitation and executive learning, built around three half-day sessions and social time. Retreats are entirely planned and executed by The Ivey Academy, using Ivey’s top ranked faculty, teaching methods, and materials. 

“A client noted to me when I started here that corporations have the social and fun side of retreats well-in-hand, but it is the leadership component that is often poorly planned or underwhelming. The concluding corporate session on the final day is based on each organization’s specific needs. It’s a chance to define how to carry forward the momentum of the discussion and decisions made during the retreat. 

All retreats are held at The Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre in London, Ontario. Housed in a Georgian manor with 30 beautifully landscaped acres of parkland and gardens, The Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre provides business professionals with an extraordinary and intimate setting – ideal for corporate retreats.
