This past year, our Executive Education programming reached new heights, delivering impactful learning opportunities across Canada and around the globe. We offered programs in five provinces, one territory, and internationally in the United States, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, the Dominican Republic, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. Along the way, we achieved significant milestones, such as launching flagship leadership programs in Western Canada, with sessions in Calgary and Banff, and delivering our first Open Enrolment program in the Middle East through a new partnership with Emeritus. These efforts reflect the growing demand for Ivey’s world-class education and lay the groundwork for even greater accessibility and global impact.

Looking forward, we aim to deepen our presence in these regions while breaking new ground in others. This includes building local partnerships with leading organizations to co-create programming tailored to regional needs, offering immersive, place-based learning experiences, and expanding our offerings in emerging markets. By continuously adapting to the needs of global leaders, we will extend the reach of Ivey’s transformative learning and ensure our programs remain relevant and impactful in an ever-changing world.

Strengthening Our Foundation in Asia

Ivey Asia remains a cornerstone of our international initiatives. This year, our Hong Kong campus celebrated 25 years of leadership excellence, underscoring its importance as a hub for collaboration and innovation. Since its inception in 1998, the campus has expanded Ivey’s footprint across the region, offering a dynamic range of custom-built client programs and Open Enrolment opportunities. In 2024, the Hong Kong campus reinforced its global leadership by co-hosting the prestigious UNICON Directors Conference, a sold-out event that brought together Executive Education leaders from universities around the world to exchange ideas and foster collaboration. These achievements reflect the strength of our commitment to Asia and our vision for continued growth in the region.

Looking ahead, we see tremendous potential to further embed Ivey’s thought leadership across Asia by expanding partnerships with regional academic institutions and corporate leaders. Our vision includes developing a robust pipeline of innovative programs that address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by leaders in Asia, such as sustainability, digital transformation, and global supply chain resilience. By doing so, we will not only strengthen our foothold in the region but also contribute to shaping its next generation of trailblazing leaders.

The global reach we’ve achieved would not be possible without the enduring strength of the Ivey alumni network. In 2024, we welcomed more than 3,000 new alumni into our community. From opening doors to new opportunities to fostering connections across borders, the contributions of our alumni showcase the power and potential of the Ivey network. As we look to the future, their role will remain vital in helping us expand our influence and shape the next generation of global leaders.

In the years ahead, we will deepen our engagement with this extraordinary network by creating more opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and shared learning. This includes expanding alumni-driven initiatives, such as global impact projects, industry-specific think tanks, and leadership circles. By continuing to invest in the strength of our alumni community, we will amplify Ivey’s reach and enable our graduates to make an even greater impact on the global stage.

Beyond our physical footprint, we are strengthening our commitment to lifelong learning by creating accessible, impactful content that prepares leaders for an ever-changing world. Through podcasts like Gender and Family Dynamics in Leadership and Reimagining Talent with a Neurodiversity Lens, as well as events like Managing Risk and Leading Business Resilience, we’re equipping leaders with fresh, forward-thinking perspectives on today’s most pressing challenges. By offering knowledge in a variety of formats—livestreams, workshops, and comprehensive virtual programs—we are ensuring that learning at Ivey transcends time zones and borders, empowering leaders wherever they may be.

To continue advancing lifelong learning, we are actively exploring the integration of emerging technologies such as AI-powered learning platforms and interactive simulations. These tools will allow us to create personalized and adaptive learning experiences that fit seamlessly into the busy lives of global leaders.
