Custom Design Process
Ivey’s leading reputation for custom program design and delivery is the result of our “blank slate” approach. We tailor learning to your organization’s specific competency models, processes, and desired outcomes. 1. Listen
Whether you are looking to build a specific competence, formulate a new strategy, or change your corporate culture, we focus on your unique business context and develop a value-added solution. To maximize the effectiveness of learning, our faculty must hear and assess first-hand what each client needs and expects.
2. Vision
Visioning is an on-going process, continuing through the life of the program. Through close collaboration and cooperation, we establish a shared understanding of your development aspirations and how they fit into your organizational landscape. We link the participant experience to your business challenges and development objectives, remaining mindful of strategy and culture.
3. Design
Every Ivey program is design to be participant-centred and highly interactive, because that’s the way executives learn. As clients move through the listening and visioning process we prototype a series of forms that the program experience could take. Our ideas are then tested with stakeholders and refined as we learn more about the organization and incorporate your feedback. Staying true to the shared vision, we leverage our expertise in learning design to create true behaviour change.
4. Deliver
Ivey facilitators are committed to the success of the program, ensuring that all learning design objectives are addressed and achieved in a measurable way. Your faculty commit themselves for the full length of the client engagement, often team teaching alongside client executives to facilitate impactful outcomes.
