Kaleigh is a curious and motivated leader with over 15 years of strategy and execution experience. She currently works in Financial Services as a leader in the Transformation Office, accelerating platform-wide initiatives, amplifying transformation efforts and driving benefit realization. Previously, Kaleigh worked across various industries including Canadian and international retailers, and was a consultant for public affairs and corporate clients, leading and delivering large-scale initiatives.
Kaleigh is committed to lifelong learning and building connections through volunteerism. She actively champions her community with her contributions and leadership as a coach and mentor for early talent in the workplace, and through the Girls E-Mentorship charity, which offers a research-based mentorship program for highschool girls to develop professional skills, pursue higher education, and build successful careers.
She holds a BA from Western University and an MBA from Ivey Business School.
