This course will help you develop a fuller view of your own personal leadership, including how you can leverage your strengths and address your challenges to more effectively lead in teams and organizations. Aspects of personal leadership that are addressed include career-path development, effective coaching, the best use of teams in business settings, and building commitment in others. The course addresses organizational change by considering the roles of vision and persuasion as ways to temper resistance to change, as well as the logic of WHEN and HOW, as well as WHAT, needs to happen.
