Management Communications

This course is designed to reinforce existing communication skills, as well as to provide insight into the complexities that managers face in today's dynamic environment as they communicate both internally with employees and externally with diverse publics. Successful managers need sound oral and written skills, as well as a clear understanding of organizational communication in order to be effective, high-impact leaders. Communication is the foundation for the sharing of ideas and concepts and is a key success factor in business situations that involve negotiation and persuasion. While communication style is as unique to each individual as his or her personality, there are techniques that can be learned which build upon your current knowledge and experience.
