If you are planning an event that will use Classroom Technology and you think you will need assistance, you can fill out an Event Request form which can be found on at this link:

https://support.ivey.ca/s/event-request-cts

Please include the following information in your request: event name, event requirements, event date, event time, and event room.   CTS Staff will respond to the request and arrange support for your event.

Air Media

In Ivey Student Breakout Rooms and Faculty/Staff Meeting Rooms, you can present, collaborate, and share content wirelessly using AirMedia.   In order to use AirMedia on your laptop, it must be installed in advance.  Instructions on how to install AirMedia can be found here.

IT support

If you need IT support before or during your event, please e-mail the Ivey IT Help desk at itcentre@ivey.ca.   If you are in one of the Multi-purpose rooms or in a classroom during business hours, you can press the Request Assistance option on the touch panel and a support person will come to the room.

Internet access for guests
