An Interview with Patrick Tower
Patrick Tower spoke with Ivey HBA students during the 2025 Character Leadership and Resilience Conference about failure, loving those you lead, and leadership as a transferable skill. Tower was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces for 24 years and awarded the Star of Military Valour—Canada’s second-highest military decoration for gallantry in battle. This medal is presented to members of the Canadian Forces who are deemed to have demonstrated "distinguished and valiant service in the presence of the enemy."
