Operations Associate - Western Leadership Certificate
Kirsten returned to the Ivey Business School after graduating as an Ivey Scholar from the HBA program in 2024. She joined the Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership in 2025 to oversee the launch of the Western Leadership Certificate in Character and Purpose-Driven Leadership. Following her graduation Kirsten was a Western Undergraduate Summer Research Intern with the Institute where she contributed to a report about Purpose-Driven Leadership which will serve as the foundation for a class being offered at Ivey. Kirsten has honed her passion for leadership and communication through experiences at the Ivey Business School, as a Camp Director, and leadership opportunities on multiple Western clubs.
Kirsten holds a HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and in her role as an Operations Associate she will oversee the administration, recruitment and implementation related to the Western Leadership Certificate in Character and Purpose-Driven Leadership and help drive forward other Insitute initiatives.
