The Abstract:
Over the past 20 years I have pursued a program of research focused on team leadership. In this presentation, I discuss my research journey, beginning with my initial investigations as a graduate student, through my dissertation and initial publications, to my more recent award-winning Journal of Management publication, concluding with my work in progress. Throughout, I discuss the major conceptual insights, empirical findings, and challenges encountered along the way.
