Jennifer Bitz specializes in organizational culture and leadership. When she began her career at the Department of Canadian Heritage, she took an immediate interest in the values of the workplace, and their connection to the role of government in creating a just society. The next stage of her career took Jenn to the Department of Public Safety, where she held corporate executive roles such as Director of Cabinet Affairs and Chief of Staff to the Deputy Minister. Over the past decade, Jenn has dedicated her career to leading organizational culture transformations within the federal public service. In three federal entities (Public Safety Canada, Canada Revenue Agency, and Canada Border Services Agency, Jenn has successfully experimented with Leader Character as a tool for strengthening organizational culture.

Jenn is a Character-based Leadership Practitioner and a Change Management Practitioner, and is currently working on becoming a Human Systems Dynamics Professional. She also holds a science degree in Chemistry from Queen’s University.
