Why did you decide to return to Ivey to do your MBA?

I wanted to be able to have the option to continue lecturing at the University level. I also started a business and wanted the credibility of having a masters. I also wanted to use the opportunity to learn more about how to grow my business. Wanted to network/grow the amount of people I knew in industry because they will be potential clients.

What is the most significant or surprising difference you've experienced in your MBA journey from your HBA journey?

I find the pressure is WAY less which has allowed me to actually enjoy learning way more. Back then, I felt so much pressure to fit in, to get a good internship, to have good contribution etc. Now- I just feel like I belong and feel confident in what I have to say and it really elevates my in class learning experience.

I've graduated from Ivey, worked for Ivey and now am getting a masters at Ivey. Ivey has unlocked levels of myself that I never thought were possible. I'm so grateful for it.
