Canadians have debated the pros and cons of cannabis legalization for years, but now the conversation has changed.

This year, the Liberal government introduced Bill C-45, which moves to legalize recreational cannabis use. With legalization imminent, the new concern is the risk of legalization increasing underage cannabis use.
