The MBA Class of 2018 proves that there’s no community like the Ivey community.
Doris Qamar, MBA ’18 candidate, recently participated in Climb For Cancer, a four-hour climbing relay marathon, which raises money for Leukemia and Lymphoma Research at The Princess Margaret Research Centre.
Qamar had two MBA classmates join her for the marathon, and the entire class banded together to help raise funds. Together, the MBA class raised more than $2,300. The Ivey students raised the most money out of all London teams.
“I had heard about the great Ivey community and network before I joined Ivey, but I did not expect it to be this strong, or this supportive,” Qamar said. “I am proud to be part of this community, and I am excited for them to continue to be a part of my present and my future."
