Please join us on Friday April 11, from 2:00 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. in the multi-purpose room 0140, for a dialogue on leadership and the process of learning to lead.
As educators at the Ivey Business School, we have the opportunity and obligation to thoroughly examine, understand and commit to the development of good leadership. I wrote the book "Good Leaders Learn: Lessons from Lifetimes of Leadership" to provide students and leaders around the world with lessons and guidelines for personal leadership development. Thirty-plus senior and high-profile leaders participated in the book project. One of those leaders will join us on April 11 for a discussion on his leadership journey -- The Right Honourable Paul Martin, the 21st Prime Minister of Canada. I enjoyed my conversation with Mr. Martin and I am very pleased he will combine his presence at the 10th National Family Business Day Celebration organized by David Simpson with a visit to the School.
