Previously, as Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Canadian Tire Corporation, Letecia increased diverse representation, created career advancement opportunities, and cultivated a sophisticated network across the enterprise.

A recognized thought leader, Letecia has earned multiple awards, including the WXN Top 100 Leader for 2020 and NBA Inclusion Innovation Award. She also serves on the CAMH Foundation Board, championing equity and inclusion at every level.
