Mabel's Labels is the first Canadian company to adopt a results-oriented workplace environment (ROWE). The Hamilton Spectator turned to Professor Alison Konrad for her insights on the benefits of flexible workplaces:
"Research is starting to show that the stars in the work world are four, six or eight times more productive than the average worker … The biggest scarcity is that star talent, and, if employers are looking for it, they need to adapt their workplaces."
