In the case of a young entrepreneur who has started his own marketing firm, Professor Simon Parker expressed the need for the man to begin delegating tasks to his team rather than taking everything on alone.
“As [the business] grows beyond a certain point,” Parker said, “it’s not going to be possible to do more” on his own. “He’ll have to have a dedicated person who looks after the day-to-day as he gets on to selling and strategizing.”
