He co-authored, with Ivey Post-Doctoral Fellow Nicoleta Uzea, and Martin Gooch, Director of the Value Chain Management Centre, a new report on food waste. The report was commissioned by the Provision Coalition, an umbrella group of Canadian food and drink associations, and jointly developed by Ivey's Network for Business Sustainability and Value Chain Management Centre.
