Treading water in a competitive MBA market doesn't guarantee survival for business schools. To survive and thrive, business schools need to innovate: revamp core curriculum, add subject-specific concentrations, and expand internship opportunities.
Ivey MBA grad Meena Merali and Executive Director of Masters Programs J.D. Clarke were both featured in The Globe and Mail to talk about the program requirements and the subsequent benefits.
“I definitely feel the full-time MBA will still be in demand,” Clarke says. “It [the MBA] may not grow but it will be stabilized and still in demand by recruiters.”
