Reporter Tom Spears looked to Ivey's June Cotte for her marketing expertise to determine the impact of stopping the proposed changes in their tracks. Cotte explains the confusion this exercise could cause employees.
“To me that’s a huge signal of confusion at the top. That is a huge signal of a major shifting strategy that is not clear. So if I am an employee in that situation, I don’t know what is happening,” she said.
