David Wood, lecturer and MBA Program Director, won the Outstanding Case Teacher Competition at The Case Centre Awards and Competitions 2019, announced today. The global competition recognizes exceptional teachers who bring innovation and creative approaches to their classrooms.
An Ivey grad himself, Wood, HBA ’97 and MBA ’12, is passionate about Ivey’s Case-Method Learning.
“The case method is what has enabled my students to integrate the traditional disciplines of business education into one holistic approach,” Wood said in The Case Centre’s press release.
The Outstanding Case Teacher Competition is an annual recognition. Associate Professor Nicole Haggerty received the award in 2014.
