Ivey’s 60 new Executive MBA (EMBA) participants had a chance to learn more about each other and the program at a welcome event at the Spencer Leadership Centre on September 11 to kick off their residence week.
They were greeted by Mary Gillett, HBA ’82, MBA ’02, Faculty Director of the EMBA, who told them they are in for an amazing journey during the next 17 months.
“Our real-world, integrated, problem-solving focused program will no doubt be challenging, but also incredibly rewarding and, very likely, life-changing,” she said. “I’m looking forward to getting to know each of these talented individuals over the next 17 months and being part of where this program will take them in the future!”
Ivey’s new EMBA participants come from 31 different industries, including banking, consulting, and health care. Below is a look at the EMBA Class of 2025 by the numbers.
Ivey will soon welcome another new EMBA cohort as 33 J.D. Irving EMBA participants begin their programming on September 18. They'll start with a residence week at Spencer Leadership Centre before doing the rest of the program at St. Andrews By The Sea in New Brunswick.
