Stachen Frederick, EMBA ’21, has been honoured with the Social Change Award: Regional Impact at the 32nd annual RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards, presented by Women of Influence+.

This award celebrates Frederick’s exceptional contributions to social change and her impactful work in the non-profit sector. She joins six other remarkable women entrepreneurs recognized for their achievements and commitment to driving positive change across Canada.

The validation process of this award is quite extensive. RBC, Women of Influence, and Deloitte do their due diligence in ensuring that the people who are recognized are truly excelling in their entrepreneurship journey. To be recognized by them shows to the world that I am a Woman of Influence and an Entrepreneur making change. But, as with all the awards I receive, the award means a lot to me as it gives me yet another platform to amplify the causes I am passionate about, such as youth and women empowerment." —Stachen Frederick, EMBA ’21
