Parcel Locker - Courier Guide

Please deliver all packages into the Parcel Pending system:

Note: All parcels must be keyed into the Parcel Pending electronic lockers by the courier including “Oversized” parcels.

LOGIN

Step 1

On the Welcome screen, select the logo in the upper left corner.

Step 2

Enter your access code or scan access code barcode, then CONTINUE.

LOAD PARCELS - DIRECT DELIVERY

Step 1

Press LOAD PARCEL.

Step 2

Scan the barcode as directed, then press CONTINUE. Rescan or manually enter the barcode if unrecognized.

Step 3

Enter the recipient's name, then select the recipient from the drop-down list.

Step 4

Select the proper locker size to contain the recipient’s parcel.

Step 5

The locker door will open as shown on the screen. Insert the parcel into the open box then close the door.

Step 6

After delivery, press CONFIRM THE LOAD. If needed, use the CHANGE BOX SIZE option to choose a different sized locker.
