Fateme Bakhshi is an Information Systems PhD student at the Ivey Business School. She is fascinated by the role of digital technologies in diversity employment and entrepreneurship. Her research interests include talent management and sociology of innovation and she is hoping to apply them into neurodiversity employment and ethnic minorities’ entrepreneurship.
