Jin-Su is an interdisciplinary researcher and educator with a global perspective. She's been in Taiwan since 2006, involved in founding and operating an international MBA since 2008. Prior, she contributed to cross-national joint ventures in Korea, reporting to a VP from Scotland, and interned at UN Headquarters, NY, USA. In this PhD journey, she is interested in startup growth and sustainability in high-tech business environments, applying a systems perspective. She is supported by her husband and two daughters, who continually inspire her to push the boundaries of her thinking.
