Stephanie is a PhD student of Sustainability at the Ivey Business School. Stephanie's interest lies in the concepts of pathfinding and systems thinking, focusing on the fluid and emergent nature of becoming. She seeks to understand how organizations and communities can navigate complex and evolving systems by fostering adaptive approaches that go beyond traditional planning, embracing continuous flow, and dynamic adjustment to achieve sustainable outcomes across multiple levels. Her goal is to build pragmatic theories and reimagine how we can create sustainable futures rooted in possibilities rather than probabilities. She believes that it is no longer sufficient to simply observe the past and present; that it’s crucial for us to actively envision and construct the futures we aspire to live in.
