Students from Ivey and the Centre for Environment and Sustainability at Western gathered on Friday, November 14 for the first of four “Challenges in Sustainability” panel and lunch discussions. Students and panellists - including Tima Bansal, Yvonne Rollins, Andrew Sancton, David Shoesmith and Paul van der Werf - discussed the viability of a zero-waste London. With zero-waste in mind, participants enjoyed lunch with dishes and utensils from home.
