Jillian Rodak holds an HBA from Ivey Business School and a masters of Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo. For the past ten years, Jillian has spent her career supporting NGOs, governments, and businesses to consider the social and environmental impacts of their organizations and programs. Since early 2018, Jillian has been a consultant on Deloitte Canada's sustainability and climate change team where she develops sustainability strategies for large organizations and works across sectors to drive Canada toward a circular economy. Prior to Deloitte, Jillian served as a Project Advisor at the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change. In 2014, Jillian was named a top 30 Under 30 sustainability leader in Corporate Knights magazine.
