Karly is a strategic retail professional, with a passion for sustainability. She works for Canadian Tire Corporation in marketing integration, focusing on customer planning and operations and bringing rich customer data to life across CTC’s retail banners. In her spare time, Karly works with two of her Ivey MBA classmates to run a patriotic athletic apparel brand called North Strong Collective; a business dedicated to helping elite Canadian athletes close the financial gaps they face.
