Kayleigh Gaspari is a Sr. Manager working for an implementation based consulting firm. She has been in consulting for 7 years and has worked across numerous industries (financial services, wine production, manufacturing etc.), across North America. Kayleigh is responsible for managing engagements with top clients and working with her team to ensure tangible and sustainable results. Kayleigh is passionate about change management, which is a key skill she brings to large scale organizational changes. She believes people should be the focus of meaningful change and has studied and developed training around change management leadership. When she is not at work, she does pro bono consulting for local Non-profits in Toronto and participates in yearly service trips abroad. Kayleigh is also an advocate for women in leadership and business.

Kayleigh holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey Business School and will be moving to Barcelona in Oct 2020 to pursue her MBA at the ESADE school of business.
