The 2019 Technology Consulting Competition was held at Ivey Business School on March 10, 2019 and hosted 280 participants from 17 academic institutions. The competition is hosted annually by the Ivey FinTech Club and Western Founders Network. This year, our Technology Sponsor was IBM and the Case Client was EQ Bank.
Teams were presented with a series of complex business challenges by the Case Client that were to be solved with the help of IBM’s proprietary technology and frameworks. This is an unparalleled learning experience, as well as a platform to showcase agile thinking, technical prowess, an innovative mindset, and a chance for participants to prove they are ready to embark on a successful career.
